About this honesty box

I roast specialty coffee in small batches here in Strathnaver, using an electric roaster powered by renewable energy. Fresh coffee is usually available from Tuesday after my Monday roast day. I carefully source high-quality coffees from around the world and roast each one to bring out its unique character and flavour. The honesty box is stocked with whole bean coffee. If you’d prefer your coffee ground, just let me know in advance. If I’m around, I’ll happily grind it to suit your brewing method, whether that’s cafetière, filter, Aeropress, moka pot or espresso. You’ll also find the occasional seasonal or limited-edition coffee available throughout the year. Payments can be made by cash or by scanning the QR code for card or mobile payment.
